I am an postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Management at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. I am also a lecturer of Behavioral Economics at the Department of Economics at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.

My research interests focus on the interaction between the disciplines of behavioral economics and psychology, with special attention to the areas of organization plasticity and strategic adaptation in multi-dimensional dynamic environments. My decision-making under risk research is dedicated to better understand how people learn, form judgments, and make decisions that ultimately determine their economic outcomes. From the methodological standpoint, in my research I combine behavioral, experimental and computational methods.
