Emar and its vicinity: reprints


Some of the tablets from the antiquities market have been published by different scholars and/or in different editions. The online database collects these documents with a unique edition number (siglum).
For instance, those documents edited by Huehnergard in 1983 are collected under the siglum ASJ of the collection Hirayama since they belong actually to the Japanese collection ‒see Tsukimoto ASJ 13 (1991)‒.
